For the cleaning of ladies garments that gets soiled during "that time" of the month:
6-8 cups of water
1/4 cup Laundry detergent (I use Surf or Tide)
1/4 - 1/2 cup hydrogen peroxide
Mix all this up and keep it under the sink and throw in the lingerie as soon as it gets soiled and let it soak. The stains will rinse on out.
